Energy Automation EG (eGauge) 4100 Series – Power Monitoring Systems
The 4100s power monitoring systems combine revenue-grade power metering hardware, a full suite of current transformers, and cloud-based energy visualization software to help you manage your building’s energy use.
Simple to install, the 4100s enables monitoring over a wide range of energy parameters in real time, including volts, amps, kilowatt hours, power factor and more.
To save money and time, the system accepts up to 30 sensors, allowing you to replace dozens of traditional submeters with a single integrated unit. The system’s powerful and intuitive energy dashboard software platform makes it easy to visualize energy data and consumption in real time from multiple monitors throughout different locations.
•Revenue Grade Accuracy (ANSI C12.20 – 0.5% and C12.1 – 1%)
•0-6900 Max Amperage per Channel
•Up to 30 Channels
EG4115 Core Data Logger – 15 Input
EG4130 Core Data Logger – 30 Input
The EG4115 Core and EG4130 Pro are a 15 and 30 channel energy meters with 0.5% revenue grade accuracy compliance and the ability to measure residential or commercial circuit panels, up to 3-phase 277/480VAC and 6900A. The meter has HomePlug AV powerline communication, an Ethernet port, and 2 USB ports for additional options, like WiFi. The embedded web server allows the user to connect to the interface over the internet or on a local area network. Each unit has a data logger that stores up to 64 data points for the lifetime of the hardware, and the user can access data as granular as 1-second averages for the most recent hour of recording. Taken together, the EG4100’s are an accurate and flexible solution for monitoring multiple circuits in any residential or commercial energy monitoring application.
•15 or 30 Sensor Inputs
•Supports wide range of current transformers (CTs) to accommodate virtually any size load
•Built-in web server
•Built-in solid-state memory
•No service contracts

Meter, Logger and Server All in One
The EA 4100 system starts with a flexible, revenue-grade power meter. Offered in 15 and 30-input models, these units combine an energy meter, data logger and web server into a single, integrated unit. This streamlines power monitoring processes, and can eliminated the need for dozens of individual submeters.
Wide Range of Sensors
The 4100s functions primarily as a current transformer (CT) meter and works with both standard CTs and Rogowski Coil-based sensors (sold separately). The Pro model accepts 30 CTs, and the Core model receives 15.
•333 mV output
•Accurate within 0.5% of rated amperage
•Well-constructed hinged mini CTs
•Self-powered Rogowski Coils (Flexible Rope CTs)
Graphical Monitoring Tools
The 4100s user interface presents a powerful and straightforward graph to visualize energy data. The graphical view is highly customizable and can be set to display (or hide) any number of monitoring points. The monitoring points are shown with user defined time periods so it’s easy to analyze data ranging from minutes to months, or even years.
Users can create custom views which present data that is formatted for a particular need and removes irrelevant information. The graph is a staple of the UI because it can present highly granular data in an understandable way.
